Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Some of our products have minimums—they are marked accordingly.
Q: Can I see a sample before I buy a larger quantity?
A: Yes! We offer low-cost samples on many items. It’s a great way to see the quality before committing to a bigger order.
Q: Can I get a bulk discount?
A: Definitely. Discounts are automatically applied for many products when you order in larger quantities. For custom quotes, feel free to reach out.
Q: What kind of files can I upload?
A: We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and EPS. For best results, use high-resolution or vector graphics.
Q: Do you offer help with artwork?
A: Yes! We’ll gladly adjust sizing, clean up simple graphics, or help with layout at no charge. For advanced edits or custom design work, we offer low-cost design services.
Q: Will I get a proof before you print?
A: We’ll send a digital proof upon request, or automatically if your design requires adjustments. If everything looks good, we go straight to production.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, plus shipping time. Bulk or complex orders may take a bit longer.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.
Q: Do you offer rush delivery?
A: Yes! Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Let us know if you have a tight deadline.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we made an error, we’ll fix it—guaranteed.
Q: Can I return or exchange a custom item?
A: Because everything is made-to-order, we only accept returns for items that are defective or printed incorrectly.
