How do I place an order?

Do you have order minimums?
 Some of our products have minimums, for example, custom caps.

Can I request a sample?
 Yes! We offer low-cost samples for select products—perfect if you want to see the quality before placing a larger order.

🎨 Artwork & Design

What kind of files can I upload?
 We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution or vector artwork.

Can you help me with my design?
 Of course! We offer basic design help at no charge. For complex edits or custom layouts, contact us for a quote.

Will you send a proof before printing?
 Yes, we provide digital proofs upon request. Otherwise, our team will size and position your artwork for best results.

⏱️ Shipping & Turnaround

How long does production take?
 Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Bulk orders or specialty items may take a bit longer.

What shipping options do you offer?
 We ship via USPS and UPS, with tracking included. Need it fast? Rush shipping is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
 Currently, we only ship within the United States.

💬 Returns & Issues

What if there’s a problem with my order?
 Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it or send a replacement at no charge.

Can I return custom items?
 Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
